Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to All-American Dumpsters! By accessing or using our dumpster rental and junk removal services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide dumpster rental and junk removal services for residential, commercial, and construction clients. Services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

2. Rental Period

Standard dumpster rentals include a [7-day] rental period unless otherwise agreed. Additional days incur extra charges.

3. Acceptable Materials

The following items are allowed in our dumpsters (unless otherwise specified):

  • Household debris
     
  • Yard waste
     
  • Construction materials
     
  • Furniture
     
  • Appliances (with refrigerants removed)
     

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, etc.)
     
  • Tires
     
  • Batteries
     
  • Liquids
     
  • Medical waste
     
  • Propane tanks


  • Concrete


  • Dirt
     

Dumpsters found to contain prohibited items may result in additional fees or refusal of service.

4. Weight Limits

Each dumpster has a designated weight limit. Overweight loads may result in additional charges based on the landfill or transfer station’s rates.

5. Placement and Access

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible drop-off location. All-American Dumpsters is not liable for damage to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, or underground utilities caused during placement or pickup.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure dumpster is not overloaded or filled above the rim.
     
  • Keep the dumpster free from unauthorized or prohibited materials.
     
  • Not relocate the dumpster after delivery.
     
  • Be present or have a representative available at the time of scheduled junk removal (if applicable).
     

7. Junk Removal Appointments

For junk removal services, access to the items must be safe and clear. Our team reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or violate policy.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and check.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

10. Liability

All-American Dumpsters is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of misuse of dumpsters or on-site junk removal activities. Use of our services is at the customer’s own risk.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

 

At All-American Dumpsters, we strive to provide reliable, timely, and professional service. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to handle refunds fairly and transparently. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Cancellations (Before Service Begins)

  • Dumpster Rentals:
    Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to cover administrative and transportation costs.
     
  • Junk Removal Appointments:
    Appointments canceled with 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund.
    Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
     

2. Service Denial or Inaccessibility

If we are unable to complete your service due to:

  • Inaccessible dumpster placement area
     
  • Unsafe conditions
     
  • Presence of prohibited materials
     
  • Customer not present (if required)
    ...the visit will be treated as a missed service, and no refund will be issued. A rescheduling fee may apply.
     

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Customer received less service than paid for due to unforeseen issues.
     
  • Overpayment or duplicate payments.
     

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Delivery fees once a dumpster has been dropped off
     
  • Junk removal service fees after work has begun
     
  • Overweight or overfill charges
     
  • Fees related to disposal of prohibited items
     
  • Credit card processing fees (if applicable)
     

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
